Refund Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
This policy explains when you get a refund on OTPBox, how it's given, and what isn't refundable. Refunds are issued as credit back to your OTPBox wallet, which you can use for any future purchase.
1. When a number purchase is refunded
- No code arrives in time: if the number you bought doesn't receive a code before its timer runs out, your wallet is refunded automatically. You don't need to contact us or open a ticket.
- You cancel before a code arrives: you can cancel a pending number (after a short minimum wait) and get an automatic wallet refund, as long as no code has been received yet.
2. When a purchase is not refundable
- A code was delivered. Once a code has been received on your number, the purchase is complete and is not refundable — the service was provided.
- Problems caused by the app or service you're verifying (for example, an app rejecting a number, or an account being banned) are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund, since the number and code were delivered as requested.
3. Wallet top-ups
Money you add to your wallet is store credit for buying numbers on OTPBox. It stays in your wallet until you use it and does not expire while your account is active, but top-ups are generally not withdrawable back to cash or your bank card. Refunds for numbers that don't deliver (section 1) always go back to this wallet balance, ready to use on your next purchase. If you believe you have a special circumstance, contact support and we'll review it case by case.
4. How refunds are issued
Refunds for numbers that don't deliver go to your OTPBox wallet instantly and automatically, and can be used immediately on another purchase. You're never charged for a number that fails to deliver a code.
5. Something went wrong?
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a refund didn't apply as described here, email us at otpboxofficial.support@gmail.com with your account email and the approximate time of the purchase, and we'll look into it.
